Welcome to French-Australian Preschool
With 132 places, the French Australian Preschool is one of the largest preschool and long day care centre in the ACT. It has been in operation continuously in Canberra for over 50 years.
Our preschool program is accessible to children from the age of 3. It runs every day of the week from 9:00am to 4:00pm during school terms. Before and after-preschool care (8:00-9:00am and 4:00-6:00pm) and school holiday programs are also provided. The French-Australian Preschool offers progressive immersion in the French language and meets the French Ministry of Education's curriculum requirements for the "école maternelle" system.
Our centre is also accredited by the Australian Children's Education & Care Quality Authority (ACECQA), allowing eligible families to receive Child Care Subsidy (CCS). In 2024, we are proud to be a Three-year-old preschool provider!
